摘要 平流低云低能见度具有形成速度快而突然、移动速度快、影响范围大、持续时间难预报的特点,对飞行的安全、航班的正常起降影响较大,文章针对浦东机场的一次低云低能见度天气,从天气形势分析、卫星云图的分析、数值预报产品的分析,结合当时天气实况,对本次低云低能见度天气的形成、气象服务的保障情况进行回顾总结。 The low-cloud and low-visibility stratosphere has the characteristics of fast and sudden formation speed, fast movingspeed, wide influence range and hard to predict duration, which has great influence on the safety of flight and the normal take-offand landing of flight. In view of the low-cloud and low-visibility weather at Pudong Airport, from the analysis of the weather situation, the analysis of satellite cloud pictures, and the analysis of numerical forecast products, and combined with the weather situationat that time, the formation of the low-cloud and low-visibility weather and the protection of meteorological services were reviewedand summarized.
