摘要
目前,大型机械设备的应用越来越广泛。尤其是在散粒物料的输送过程中,卸船机发挥了至关重要的作用,提升了输送效率的同时,能够避免散粒物料输送过程中的环境污染。桥式抓斗卸船机主要应用于煤矿生产等行业,具有操作简便、效率较高的特点。在桥式抓斗卸船机重要性越来越突出的当下,只有不断优化其性能,才能够为社会生产提供保障。文章将通过分析桥式抓斗卸船机性能影响因素,探索桥式抓斗卸船机性能考核的方式。
At present, the application of large mechanical equipment is more and more extensive. Especially in the process ofconveying bulk materials, the ship unloader playsa vital role in improving the efficiency of transportation, while avoiding the environmental pollution in the process of transportation of bulk materials. The bridge-type grab ship unloader is mainly used in coal mineproduction and other industries, with the characteristics of simple operation and high efficiency. At present, the importance ofbridge-type grab ship unloader is more and more prominent. Only by continuously optimizing its performance can it provide securityfor social production. By analyzing the factors affecting the performance of bridge-type grab ship unloader, this paper explores itsway of performance examination.
