关于核电站管道设计中弯管工艺的应用探析 被引量:2

摘要 核电站建设工艺复杂,安全性要求高,只有全面做好各种控制,应用先进技术工艺,才能建设优质项目工程。管道安装建设是重要的一环,更是核电建设的重要内容,弯管工艺广泛应用到管道设计各个环节中。弯管工艺主要是通过管道形状的改变,实现管道的伸缩性、耐压性,有效提高管道阻力,发挥良好应用优势。文章主要通过对核电站管道设计内容的概述,进一步探讨了弯管工艺在核电站管道设计中的应用。 The process of nuclear power plant construction is complex, with high safety requirements. Only by doinga good jobof all kinds of control and applying advanced technologies and processes, can we build high-quality projects. Pipeline installationand construction is not only an important part, but also an essential contents of nuclear power construction. The pipe bending process is widely used in all aspects of pipeline design. Pipe bending process is mainly through the change of pipeline shape, toachieve the flexibility of the pipeline, pressure resistance, effectively improve pipeline resistance, and playa good application advantage. The paper mainly discusses the application of pipe bending technology in the pipeline design of nuclear power plant bysummarizing the design contents of pipeline in nuclear power plant.
