基于NB技术的水力平衡阀在二级网水力平衡中应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着智能热网,智慧供热要求的不断提高,调节管网平衡,已成为热力企业发展的重中之重。目前各热力公司二级网水力平衡调节阀多为手动闸阀,仅能依靠检修人员凭经验,进行调节,调节手段落后,调节精度差,且检修人员劳动量巨大,小区冷热不均现象严重,投诉率居高不下。随着物联网水力平衡阀的应用,二级网水力平衡系统实现自动调节,提高调节精度,使区域内整体供热管网达到平衡运行,消除前端过热和末端不热的现象,同时还可以降低检修人员劳动强度,减少因冷热不均造成的居民投诉,降低电耗节能率。 With the intelligent heating network's intelligent heating requirements continue to improve, the regulation of pipe network balance has become the most important development of thermal enterprises. At present, most of the hydraulic balance regulatingvalves in the secondary network of thermal power companies are manual gate valves, which can only rely on the experience of themaintenance personnel to regulate, the regulation means are backward, the regulation accuracy is poor, the labor amount of themaintenance personnel is huge, and the uneven phenomenon of cold and heat in the residential area is serious. The complaint rateremains high. With the application of the hydraulic balance valve in the Internet of things, the hydraulic balance system of the secondary network realizes the automatic regulation, improves the regulation precision, makes the whole district heating pipe networkachieve the balanced operation, and eliminates the phenomenon of overheating at the front end and not heating at the end. At thesame time, it can also reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel, reduce the residents' complaints caused by uneven heatand cold, and reduce the energy saving rate of electricity consumption.
