水利工程建设质量与安全监督管理体系构建研究

As far as the present situation of engineering construction is concerned, the development of water conservancy projects hasa more and more profound influence on people＇s production and life as well as the construction projects. Compared with thetraditional hydraulic engineering technology, the present hydraulic engineering technology has greatly improved, but in the process ofimplementation, it still can not avoid the influence of some objective factors.
