QDY Series Crane Safety Monitoring Management System

根据《特种设备安全技术规范》TSGQ7016-2016相关要求,吊运熔融金属专用桥式起重机(QDY-50及以上系列)必须安装监控管理系统。安装起重机安全监控管理系统是为了可视化管理起重机的动态运行工况,包括对起重机的各个指令点、安全点、输出点可视化管理。本系统通过安装在各环节的传感器上传运行数据,通过信息处理器(下位机)运算处理,输出至显示屏(上位机)、远程监控中心,运算结果输出到各控制模块,以达到及时预警、提高效率、安全运行的目的。

According to the related requirements of STGQ7016-2016 for special equipment safety technical specification, special bridge cranes for lifting and transporting molten metal must he installed with monitoring and management system.Crane satiety monitoring and managenlent system is installed to visually manage the dynanfie operation condition of crane ,including visual management of each instruction point,satety point and output point of crane.The system uploads operation data through sensors installed in each link,and processes them through information processor operation,and outputs them to display screen and remote monitoring center.The resuhs are output to each control module to achieve the goal of timely warning ,improving efficiency and safe operation.
