《铸造工艺学》课程一体化教学的实践

摘要 铸造工艺学传统的授课模式是先进行理论课程学习,再进行为期2~3周的铸造工艺设计。但这样的安排存在设计与理论教学有所脱节的不足。结合课程特点,采用学习与设计一体化教学模式,将教学、练习和设计结合为一体,使学生在学习任一知识点后立即进行相应部分的设计。此外,在零件铸造工艺设计后用ProCAST软件进行凝固模拟,用以判断设计结果是否合理,进而改进设计,使铸造工艺设计成为带有反馈机制和优劣判断标准的现代设计。实践表明教学效果和设计质量均明显提高。 The traditional teaching arrangement of foundry technology course is to learn theoretical courses at first,and then to carry out foundry process design for 2~3 weeks.But there is a little disconnect between design and theoretical learning under such a teaching atTangement.So the integrated teaching was adopted which integrates teaching, practice and design into a whole according to the eourse's characteristics, students could design eon'esponding parts imnlediately after learning any knowledge point.For to judge if the design resuh is reasonable and to detemline if the design need to be modified, the casting solidification sinmlation was carried out by ProCAST Software after the foundry process design.Thus the foundry process design had become a modem design with feedback mechanism and judgment standard. The practice shows that the teaching effect and design quality was improved obviously.
