高效液相色谱法测定貉子肉中四环素类药物残留

Residue determination of tetracyclines in nyctereutes procyonoides tissues by high performance liquid chromatography

为了建立高效液相色谱法测定貉子肉中四环素类药物的残留,试验采用Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲溶液超声提取样品中目标化合物,HLB固相萃取小柱净化,通过高效液相紫外检测器测定,外标法定量。结果表明:貉子肉中四环素类药物的方法检出限为47.5～49.6μg/kg,回收率范围为80.3%～97.4%,相对标准偏差为1.9%～5.5%。表明该方法灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于貉子肉中四环素类药物残留的检测。

To establish a method that can determine the content of tetracyclines（TCs） residues in the nyctereutes procyonoides tissues using high performance liquid chromatography. The target compound of nyctereutes procyonoides tissues were ultrasonic extracted in Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine buf‐fer solution in this experiment and were purified by HLB solidphase extraction cartridges. TCs determination was achieved using high performance liquid chromatography with the ultraviolet de‐tector and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that limit of detection was 47.5～49.6 μg/kg, the recovery of TCs was in the range from 80.3% to 97.4%, and relative stan‐dard deviations ranged from 1.9% to 5.5%. This method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and can be used for the detection of tetracycline drug residues in nyctereutes procyonoides tissues.
