建设高校养老社区ULRC——北京高校退休教职工社区养老调研

Construction of University Linked Retirement Community(ULRC):Research on Community Retirement for Retired Faculty in Beijing

以高校养老社区理论为依据,对北京12所高校的家属社区开展实证研究,对离退休教职工进行调研和深度访谈,发放有效问卷381份,通过二项分类Logistic回归分析,探讨高校社区老人养老意愿的影响因素,为制定ULRC社区建设策略提供参考。分析结果显示高校养老环境在居住、活动设施、医疗等方面存在不足,在设施使用及与学生群体交流等方面,教师和职工群体存在需求差异;在调研对象面临老年公寓/养老院、混合型普通社区、市区原有住宅及新建老年人住宅等四类社区类型的选择时,主导影响因素各不相同,如读书看报、老朋友多、社区环境、返聘及学校福利依次是选择市区原有住宅的影响因素。ULRC养老模式对于解决上述高校养老问题具有可行性,需要机制建立、政策引导及多赢各方共同努力。

Based on the theory of University Linked Retirement Community, we carry out an empirical study on the family community of 12 universities in Beijing, conduct an investigation and in-depth interview to the retired faculties and stuffs, and give out 381 valid questionnaires. Through two classified Logistic regression analysis, we discuss the influencing factors of the elderly＇s willingness to provide for the elderly in the community, in order to formulate a strategy for the construction of the ULRC community. The results show that there are shortcomings in the living, activity facilities and medical treatment of the pension environment in colleges and universities. There are demand differences between the faculty and stuff groups in the use of facilities and communication with the students, and the research objects are faced with the elderly apartment / nursing home, the mixed common community, the original residence of the city and the newly built old people＇s residence. When choosing the four types of community types, the leading influence factors are different, such as reading the newspapers, old friends, community environment, rehiring and school welfare in turn are the factors to choose the original housing in the urban area. ULRC endowment mode is feasible for solving the problem of endowment insurance in colleges and universities, and requires mechanism establishment, policy guidance and joint efforts of win-win parties.
