摘要
该文以佛山电力科技产业园建筑设计实践为例,探析产业园区规划和建筑设计中要解决的问题和设计要点。本项目方案设计阶段,建筑师针对场地条件、园区理念、功能分区、形象特征等方面的问题提出了综合解决方案。设计以"场所分析"为出发点,"科技、人文、生态"为基本设计理念,并尝试使用标准模块化的设计方法,创造出一个环境优美、高效便捷、可持续发展的产业园区。在此项工程经验的基础上,结合其他类型产业园工程实践,总结出产业园规划和建筑设计五要点。
Taking the architectural design practice of the Foshan Power Technology Industrial Park as an example, we explore the main design points and problems to be solved in the planning and architectural design of industrial parks. In the design stage of the project, the architect put forward a comprehensive solution for the problems of site conditions, park concept, function zoning, image characteristics and so on. The design takes "place analysis" as the starting point, "science and technology, humanities and ecology" as the basic design concept, and we try to use the standard modular design method to create a beautiful, efficient, convenient and sustainable industrial park. In combination with construction practice of other types of industrial park, we sum up five points of industrial park planning and architectural design.
