摘要
所设计的智能婴儿睡姿调整系统能自动调解婴儿睡眠姿态,避免婴儿保持固定睡姿时间过长,以达到预防和辅助矫正婴儿扁头症的目的。该系统由婴儿睡姿检测模块、核心控制器以及睡姿调整充气睡垫三大部分构成。睡姿监测模块由薄膜压力传感器阵列构成,通过比对各节点压力值获取婴儿睡眠姿态。核心控制器在获取睡姿信息后,通过静音气泵以及泄压阀调整婴儿两侧充气睡垫高度,帮助婴儿改变睡姿。该设计相对常见的扁头症矫正头盔更为舒适安全,从根本上避免了扁头症的发生。
The smart infant sleeping position adjustment system can automatically mediation baby sleep posture, in order to achieve the purpose of prevention and auxiliary orthodontic baby head syndrome.System consists of the sleep posture detection module, the core controller and posture adjustment pad. Posture detection module consists of thin film pressure sensor array, by comparing each node pressure value for the baby sleep posture.Core controller use the quiet air pump and pressure relief valve to adjust the baby on both sides of the height of inflatable sleeping pad, avoid the baby for a long time to keep the same position.This adjustment system is more comfortable and safe, to avoid the baby head syndrome.
