社区中老年高血压患者心脑血管急症健康知识与健康行为的相关性研究

Correlation study on health knowledge and health behaviors on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies among the middle and elderly hypertensive patients in communities

目的了解社区中老年高血压患者心脑血管急症健康知识与健康行为水平,并探讨二者的关系。方法采用自编心脑血管急症健康知识与健康行为问卷对119例社区中老年高血压患者进行调查。结果社区中老年高血压患者心脑血管急症健康知识和健康行为标准分为54.00分和56.07分。健康知识与健康行为呈正相关(r=0.390,P<0.01)。结论丽水市社区中老年高血压患者的心脑血管急症健康知识与健康行为均处于较低水平。应加强社区中老年高血压患者心脑血管急症防治的健康教育,尤其重视心脑血管急症危险因素知识、自我管理知识、合理运动和按时服药的教育。

Objective To understand the health knowledge and health behaviors on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies among the middle and elderly hypertensive patients living in communities and investigate their correlations.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on health knowledge and behaviors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies was used to investigate 119 middle and elderly hypertensive patients living in communities.Results The scores of health knowledge and behaviors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies were 54.00 and 56.07 and there was a positive correlation between health knowledge and behaviors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies（r=0.390,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The health knowledge and behaviors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies among middle and elderly hypertensive patients in communities in Lishui City were poor.Relevant departments should focus on the prevention and treatment knowledge of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies among the middle and elderly patients living in communities,especically on risk factors,self-management,reasonable exercise and medicine on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular emergencies.
