摘要
国外军旅篮球俱乐部的转型经验有利于八一男篮借鉴。本文主要运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对莫斯科中央陆军男篮俱乐部发展历程、发展背景、产权关系、经营情况、后备人才等方面进行了梳理与分析,提出了转变俱乐部所有权结构、注重后备人才培养、促进八一男篮俱乐部完善转变俱乐部所有权结构、解禁外援政策等启示。
The transformation experience of foreign military basketball clubs could be a useful reference for Bayi basketball team. By using literature,expert review and other methods,this paper analyzes the development process,background,property relations,operation status and reserved talents of CSKA Moscow Basketball Club.Related enlightenments are provided such as transferring club ownership,focusing on reserved talents cultivation,promoting ownership structure transfer of Bayi basketball club,as well as unlocking foreign player policy.
