桂东南现代武馆经营模式的探索研究

Study on Modern Wushu Club Operation Mode in Southeast Guangxi

本文以桂东南玉林市州佩社区长胜居武馆为例,从体育经营管理的理论层面入手,通过对桂东南的传统武馆经营现状的研究,根据桂东南现代武馆的发展前景探索适合桂东南的现代武馆经营模式。采用专家访谈法、文献资料法、实地调研法等方法,结合国家近年来大力发展体育产业推广中华传统武术的良好形势及借鉴跆拳道馆的经营模式,对桂东南的现代武馆经营对策进行探索。通过研究发现,传统武馆的经营管理已经不能满足社会主义市场经济的需要,武馆应该采用现代企业管理模式来促进武馆的发展壮大及盈利效果。

Taking Changshengju Wushu Club in Zhoupei community,Yulin City of Southeast Guangxi as the example,the proper Wushu club operation mode in Southeast Guangxi is explored according to the development perspective of modern Wushu clubs in Southeast Guangxi starting from the theoretical part of sport management and survey on the present operation status of traditional Wushu clubs. Using expert interviews,literature,and field research methods,combining with the national-wide promotion of sports industry and traditional Wushu,referring to the operation mode of Taekwondo clubs,this paper explores the management countermeasures of modern Wushu clubs in Southeast Guangxi. It is found that the traditional management approach failed to meet the needs of social market economy,which should be replaced by modern enterprise management mode to promote the scale and profit.
