运动处方教学对运动技能学习困难大学生体质改善的初步研究

Study on Fitness Improvement of Students with Motor Learning Difficulties by Exercise Prescription Teaching

运用文献资料法、实验法、测量法等方法,以青岛农业大学107名(男生78人,女生29人)运动技能学习困难的学生为研究对象,进行运动处方教学方案设计和实施,并对实施教学前后学生体质健康进行测试和分析。本研究旨在了解合理运动处方教学对改善大学生体质的方法和效果,为更好地促进大学生德智体美等全面健康的发展,尤其是体质锻炼指导提供依据。结果显示:实施运动教学后显著改善了大学生的身体形态、生理机能及身体素质,且提高了学生的运动技能。

By using literature material method,experimental method and measurement method etc.,taking 107 students（ 78 males and 29 females） with motor learning difficulties from Qingdao Agricultural University as the research object,the exercise prescription teaching plan are designed and implemented,and the students＇ physical fitness before and after were tested and analyzed. It aims to understand about the methods and effects of reasonable exercise prescription teaching on the students ＇ fitness improvement, and provide basis for promoting the development of the students＇ overall health,especially for guiding the physical exercises. The results show that the body shape form,physiological function and physical quality of college students are significantly improved after the teaching of exercise prescription,and the performance of the students＇ motor skills are also improved.
