乒乓球双打俩右手配对接发球步法移动特点研究——以马琳/张继科为例

The Analysis of Receive Footwork of Table Tennis Doubles with Two Right-Hand Pairs——Take Ma Lin/Zhang Jike as An Example

通过运用文献资料、专家访谈法、录像观察法、逻辑分析法对我国高水平乒乓球运动员马琳/张继科双打接发球步法移动做了系统分析,旨在揭示俩右手配对的双打步法移动存在规律,为乒乓球教学与训练提供参考。结果表明:1)马琳/张继科在乒乓球双打比赛中,接发球前的调整步是以小碎步为主,击球步法以单步为主,让位步以交叉步和并步是为主,回中步以并步为主,同伴上位以并步或小跳步或组合步为主; 2)马琳/张继科在乒乓球双打比赛中,接发球前以小碎步原地调整,击球步的步向以"向右前"为主,让位步步向以"向右"后或"向右"为主,回中步步向以"连续两个向左"为主,同伴上位的步向以"一个向右"或"两个向右"为主。

By using literature,expert interview,video observation and logic analysis methods,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the movement of Chinese high-level table tennis player Ma Lin/Zhang Jike＇s double receive footwork. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the movement law of the two-right hand pair＇s doubles,and to provide reference for the teaching and training of table tennis. The result shows that： 1） in the table tennis doubles competition,the adjustment steps of Ma/Zhang are mainly small steps before receiving the ball; the batting gait is mainly single steps,the main steps in giving way are the cross step and the closer step,the step back to the middle position is the closer step,the steps for the companion to come up are mainly closer step or the small jump step or the combination step; 2） in the table tennis doubles game of Ma/Zhang,before receiving the ball,the ball is adjusted with small steps,the batting steps are mainly directed to the right front,the steps of giving way are mainly to the right back or the right,the steps back to the middle position are mainly two continuously left steps,and the companion＇s coming up is mainly one or two steps to the right.
