高中开展健美操的课程可行性研究——以丰城三中为例

摘要 根据现代学生的身心发展情况,通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,对高中学校体育课的现状、健美操的价值作用、学生对健美操的认知程度和开展健美操态度以及学校领导和体育教师对开展健美操课程的态度进行分析讨论,主要研究丰城三中开展健美操课程的可行性,为其提供理论理论依据,为该市其他学校起到借鉴作用,从而提高健美操课程发展平衡性。 According to the physical and mental development of modern students,through the use of research methods of literature,questionnaire,interviews and mathematical statistics,the current situation of high school physical education,the value of aerobics,students' awareness of aerobics,bodybuilding attitudes and the attitudes of school leaders and physical education teachers in the development of aerobics courses are analyzed and discussed. Meanwhile,the feasibility of aerobics courses in Fengcheng No. 3 Middle School is studied to provide theoretical evidence and offer references for other schools in the city. The final aim is to improve the balanced development of aerobics courses development.
