职业院校体育教师专业素质研究

Study on the Professional Quality of PE Teachers in Vocational Colleges

本文通过研究将职业院校体育教师专业素质分为:道德素质、身心素质、知识结构、能力结构和教育观念五大方面。对每个方面的具体内容进行了研究说明,特别是就职业院校特色所应具备的知识结构进行了细化。针对研究结果提出巩固职前教育,重视职初培训和加强在职提升的具体措施以提高职业院校体育教师专业素质。

This paper classifies the professional quality of PE teachers in vocational colleges into five aspects：moral quality,physical and mental quality,knowledge structure,ability structure and education concept. The specific content of each aspect is studied and explained; especially the knowledge structure that should be possessed by the characteristics of vocational colleges. According to the research results,this paper puts forward the following concrete measures to improve the professional quality of PE teachers in vocational colleges：strengthening pre-job education,focusing on initial training,enhancing in-service promotion and so as.
