以作者在陕西西安参加2018首期"少年智造创客营"的小木雕工艺品设计和加工的经历,介绍了基于国产中望CAD 2017教育版软件和HWATEC-5M160五轴联动数控机床,进行产品设计、模拟仿真和实际加工的整个过程。期望能使读者对国产五轴联动数控加工技术有一个更加直观的了解。
The paper explains the whole process of design, simulation and actual make of a small handicraft work. Thework was completed by means of ZhongWang CAD2017 education software and five-axis CNC machine tools, during thefirst‘ 2018 Youth Intelligent Creation Camp’ held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. It is expected that the reader will have amore intuitive understanding of the technology of domestic five-axis CNC machine tools.
