无创通气联合信必可对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性呼吸衰竭的疗效评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of noninvasive ventilation and the Xin Bi Ke treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chronic respiratory failure

摘要 目的分析无创通气联合信必可治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并慢性呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法将120例COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,各60例。对照组接受无创通气治疗,观察组接受无创通气联合信必可治疗。比较两组治疗后动脉血气指标、肺功能参数和临床疗效的差异。结果治疗后,两组患者的动脉血气指标和肺功能水平均有显著改善(P <0. 01),且观察组的Pa CO_2、PaO_2、FEV_1和FEV_1/FVC变化幅度均大于对照组(P <0. 01);观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论应用无创通气联合信必可疗法,可有效改善COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭的肺通气功能,降低Pa CO_2升高PaO_2,缓解临床症状。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of combined application of noninvasive ventilation and the Xin Bi Ke for treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with chronic respiratory failure. Methods Randomly divided 120 cases of COPD with chronic respiratory failure into observation group and control group,60 patients in each group.The control one received non-invasive ventilation treatment and the observation one received noninvasive ventilation plus the Xin Bi Ke.Comparison of arterial blood gas component,pulmonary ventilation function and clinical curative effect was finished between the two groups. Results After treatment,PaCO 2,PaO 2,FEV 1 and FEV 1/FVC changed significantly in both groups.However,the changes in the above parameters in the observation group displayed higher magnitude compared with the control group( P 〈0.01).The total efficiency of the observation group appeared better than that of the control group( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The treating scheme in this paper improved pulmonary ventilation function, reduced PaCO 2,raised PaO 2 and alleviated clinical manifestations in the COPD patients with chronic respiratory failure.
