摘要
以有关可穿戴设备的医疗健康数据生命周期管理与服务研究成果为对象,采用综合归纳法、案例分析法等分析其研究进展,并构建以可穿戴设备为载体的医疗健康数据生命周期模型。首先基于已有的数据生命周期的相关理论,分析数据生命周期各阶段数据的过程和内容,包括数据获取、数据传输、数据集成、数据交互、数据反馈,再结合可穿戴医疗健康设备的特征以及数据来源构建基于可穿戴设备的医疗健康数据生命周期模型,并讨论每个阶段的数据安全问题。接下来探析以可穿戴设备为载体的医疗健康领域数据服务内容,主要从医疗健康信息行为数据追踪以及医疗健康数据预测两方面展开;最后联系信息技术的新变化以及用户需求的新特点,指出未来研究的主要发展方向:以可穿戴设备为载体的医疗健康数据的长期追踪;可穿戴设备所收集的医疗健康数据的融合;以长期追踪的医疗健康数据提供针对性的医疗健康信息;以可穿戴设备为载体的医疗健康数据的安全与隐私保护。
By using methods like comprehensive induction and case analysis, this paper analyzes the research progress of health care data life cycle management and service on wearable devices, and builds a health care data life cycle model. Firstly, based on the existing relevant theories of the data life cycle, it analyzes the process and content of data at each stage of the data life cycle, including data acquisition, data transmission, data integration, data interaction, and data feedback. Combined with the characteristics of the device and the data source, it builds a health care data life cycle model based on the wearable device, and discusses data security issues among the da- ta life cycle. Next, it explores the health care data service, mainly from the aspects of health care data tracking and prediction. Finally, based on the above content, considering the new changes of information technology and the new characteristics of user needs, the development direction of future research is pointed out: long-term tracking of health care data based on wearable devices; health care data fusion collected by the wearable device; precise health care information provision based on long-term tracking data; and protection and privacy of health care data based on wearable devices.
