站点式工作坊在急诊规范化培训护士基础生命支持培训中的应用

The Application of Site-style Workshop in the Basic Life Support Training for Nurses in Emergency Standardized Training

目的分析急诊科规范化培训(规培)护士基础生命支持培训中应用站点式工作坊的效果。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年4月接受规培的急诊科护士80名,采用奇偶法分为研究组和参照组,每组各40名,参照组护士给予传统带教授课方式进行基础生命支持培训,研究组给予站点式工作坊的方式进行基础生命支持培训,对比两组护士培训前后实际操作能力、理论知识掌握、培训方式满意度等。结果研究组护士对培训方式的满意度为97.50%,高于参照组的75.00%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组与参照组培训前实际操作能力、理论知识掌握评分对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);培训后各项评分高于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在急诊科规陪护士基础生命支持培训中应用站点式工作坊,能够全面提高护士专业技能及实际操作水平,从而全面提高总体急诊科护理质量。

Objective To analyze the efect of site-style workshops in the basic life support training for nurses in emergency standardized training. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 80 nurses in the Department of Emergency in our hospital were selected. They were divided into study group and reference group by odd even method, 40 nurses in each group. The nurses in the reference group were given basic life support training with traditional teaching methods. The study group was given site-style workshops for basic life support training. The actual operation ability, theoretical knowledge and training method satisfaction of the two groups before and after training were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of nurses in the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the scores of practical operation ability and theoretical knowledge between the study group and the reference group before training （P 〉 0.05）, after training, the scores were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of site-style workshops in the basic life support training of accompanying nurses in emergency department can comprehensively improve the professional skills and practical operation level of nurses, thereby improving the overall quality of emergency nursing.
