摘要 高等医学院校临床教学模式直接关系教学质量与创新型人才的培养。文章针对高等医学院校临床教学模式的改革要求及肾脏疾病课程的特点,采用多媒体技术,问题式教学及案例教学相结合方法,提高医学生在肾脏疾病的临床见习过程中对肾脏病的主动学习兴趣,训练医学生的临床思维能力、应变能力及理论知识学习能力,变被动学习为主动学习,把教学模式从以"教师教学为中心"转变为以"学生学习为中心"的目的,通过复习肾脏基础,肾脏病学的理论知识,结合实际病例的临床资料使医学生对疾病的理解从理论层次上升到感官认识,对疾病产生立体化的形象思维和理解,提高肾脏疾病的教学质量。 The clinical teaching mode in higher medical colleges is directly related to the teaching quality and the cultivation of innovative talents. This article aiming at the reform of clinical teaching mode in higher medical colleges and the characteristics of kidney disease courses, uses the multimedia technology, the problem-based teaching and the case teaching method to improve the medical students' interest in the active learning of kidney disease during the clinical probation of kidney disease, training the clinical thinking ability of the medical students, the ability of strain and the learning ability of the theoretical knowledge, and changing the passive learning. In order to improve the teaching quality of kidney disease, the teaching mode is changed from “teacher teaching as the center” to “student learning as the center”. By reviewing the theoretical knowledge of Kidney Foundation and Nephrology, combining the clinical data of the actual cases, the medical students' understanding of the disease from the theoretical level to the senses, the stereoscopic image thinking and understanding of the disease, and to improve teaching quality of kidney diseases.
