摘要
目的对大专护生职业价值观现状进行调查,分析不同层次大专护生价值观理念,为针对性开展职业价值观教育提供依据。方法云南新兴职业学院护理学院于2017年5月在本学院随机抽取906人进行护士职业价值观调查,采用单因素及Logistic回归方程分析护生职业价值观影响因素。比较高职大专与五年制大专职业价值观各评分项目的差异。针对性给予高职大专护生职业价值观教育,比较教育前后职业价值观变化。结果 Logistic回归分析表明,学历层次、年龄、民族、就业医院选择(级别)、择业倾向均为大专护生职业价值观的独立影响因素。针对性职业价值观教育后,高职大专护生价值观评分由(92.82±10.40)分上升至(96.26±13.23)分(t=4.088,P <0.05)。结论学历层次、年龄、民族、就业医院选择(级别)、择业倾向与大专护生职业价值观具有重要关联,需采用针对性的教育策略,帮助护生树立正确,积极的职业价值观。
Objective To investigate the status quo of vocational values of college nursing students, and analyze the values of different levels of college nursing students, in order to provide reference and practical direction for the targeted development of vocational values education. Methods 906 nurses were randomly selected from Nursing College of Yunnan Xinxing Occupations Insititute to investigate their professional values in May 2017. The infuencing factors of nursing students'professional values were analyzed by single factor and Logistic regression equation. The difference of vocational values between higher vocational colleges and fve - year colleges was compared. To give higher vocational college nursing students occupational values education, and the changes of occupational values before and after education were compared. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that education level, age, the choice of employment hospitals for ethnic minorities (level), career preference were all independent infuencing factors of vocational values of college nursing students. The results showed that after the education, the score of nursing students'values increased from (92.82±10.40) to (96.26±13.23) (t=4.088,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Educational level, age, choice of employment hospitals for ethnic minorities and career orientation are closely related to the professional values of college nursing students. Targeted educational strategies should be adopted to help them establish correct and positive professional values.
