马克思主义认识论在泌尿外科PBL教学中的应用

摘要 PBL教学是以问题为导向的教学方法,在医学临床教学中体现了极大的优势,有效提高了学生的兴趣及主观能动性,而在整个教学过程中又无处不体现着马克思辩证唯物主义认识论及实践观。将马克思主义认识论融于泌尿外科PBL教学中,在以课堂PBL教学为主的传统PBL教学模式的基础上,增加课堂教学后的实践内容,真正发挥认识来源于实践又可以指导实践的作用,实现认识质的飞跃。文章以理论-实践-理论,最终指导实践为主线,阐述了辩证唯物主义认识论在泌尿外科PBL教学中的应用及其重要意义。 Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is a problem-oriented teaching method. In medical clinical teaching, it shows great advantages, efectively improve students’ interest and subjective initiative. Throughout the entire teaching process, Marxist dialectical materialist epistemology and practice view are everywhere. Integrating Marxist epistemology with PBL teaching in urology, on the basis of the traditional PBL teaching mode with classroom PBL teaching as the main part, the practices after classroom teaching are added, and the role that knowledge comes from practice and can guide practice is exerted, so as to realize a qualitative leap in knowledge. The article takes the theory-practice-theory and the fnally guiding practice as the main line. The application of dialectical materialism epistemology in PBL teaching of urology and its signifcance are expounded.
