摘要 三级医院开展后勤社会化已有十多年的时间,但县级医院后勤社会化仍在探索阶段,随着上级部门对编外用工的规范要求及对医院编制数量的控制,县级医院开展后勤社会化迫在眉捷。但随着法制的健全,后勤社会化面临越来越多的困难,存在人事关系的转变、人员的安置、终止合同的异议及物业公司参差不齐等等难题。推行后勤社会化改革,选择适合的物业公司尤为重要,对员工进行政策的宣传和思想教育、坚守人事转变的三不变原则,才能将后勤社会化逐步推进。 Tertiary hospitals in logistics socialization has ten years of time, but at the county level hospital, logistics socialization is still in the exploratory stage, along with the specifcation requirements of the superior departments for irregular employment, and control of the number of hospital establishment, county-level hospitals carry out an extremely urgentlogistics socialization. But as the improvement of the legal system, logistics socialization is facing more and more difficulty, there are the change of human relations, personnel placement, termination of the contract of dissent and the unevenness of property company, and so on. When it comes to the implementation of logistics socialization reform, choosing suitable property company is particularly important for staff policy propaganda and ideological education, maintain three immutable principles in personal change, so that gradually promote logistics socialization.
