高血压患者200例颈动脉检测与分析

Carotid Artery Detection and Analysis on 200 Patients With Hypertension

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对高血压患者颈动脉病变的诊断价值。方法 200例高血压患者颈动脉超声检查进行回顾性分析。结果 200例高血压患者中颈动脉病变161例,占高血压患者的80.5%,正常患者39例占19.5%;其中颈动脉粥样硬化斑块118例(283个斑块),斑块多发生于颈动脉分叉处,占73.3%,软斑、混合斑占80.2%,内中膜不均匀增厚43例,占26.7%。结论高血压患者是脑血管疾病的高危人群,超声检测早期发现颈动脉斑块,对脑血管疾病的治疗有重要临床意义。

Objective To discuss the diagnose value to carotid artery lesions in patients with hypertension by color doppler ultrasound. Methods 200 cases patients with hypertension’s carotid ultrasound check were retrospectively analyzed. Results 200 cases patients with hypertension with carotid artery lesions in 161 cases, accounting for 80.5% of the patients with high blood pressure; 39 patients with normal, accounting for 19.5%, with 118 cases carotid atherosclerotic plaques （283 patches）, plaque develops in carotid artery bifurcation, accounting for 73.3%; soft plaque, mixed plaques accounting for 80.2%; Intima-media uneven thickening of 43 cases, accounting for 26.7%. Conclusion Hypertensive patients are at high risk of cerebrovascular diseases. Early detection of carotid plaques by ultrasound has important clinical significance for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
