人工关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的优势评价

Evaluation on Total Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in the Elderly

目的探讨人工关节置换术与内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择90例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者据术式分组。对照组开展内固定术治疗,观察组行人工全髋关节置换术(THR)治疗。比较效果和安全性。结果观察组老年股骨粗隆间骨折康复优良率高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组失血量、手术耗时、卧床和住院时长和对照组差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;手术后观察组髋关节功能状况、生活自理能力优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组并发症少于对照组,P <0.05。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者行人工全髋关节置换术(THR)疗效和安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of total hip replacement （THR） and internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods The 90 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur were selected according to surgical method. The control group was treated with internal fixation and the observation group was treated with THR. The efectiveness and safety were compared. Results The recovery rate of the intertrochanteric fracture in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The blood loss, operation time, bed rest and length of stay in the observation group compared with the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05; Functional status and self-care ability in life were better than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05. The observation group had fewer complications than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The efficacy and safety of Total Hip Replacement in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture are high.
