奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

Effect of Octreotide in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的观察分析奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年8月至我院进行治疗的急性胰腺炎患者84例,随机分为两组进行研究,对照组采用常规方式治疗,研究组采用奥曲肽为主的综合治疗方式治疗。对两组患者治疗后的满意度和不良反应发生率进行比较。结果研究组患者发生不良反应的总人数少于对照组(P <0.05),满意程度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用奥曲肽为主的综合治疗方式可降低患者的不良反应的发生率,患者对治疗的满意度明显提高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Eighty-four patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment. The study group was given octreotide-based comprehensive treatment. The degree of satisfaction after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The number of patients with adverse reactions in the study group was signifcantly less than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the degree of satisfaction was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of octreotide-based comprehensive treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients. Patients＇ satisfaction with treatment is signifcantly improved.
