多向透刺针灸推拿疗法治疗肩周炎的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Multidirectional Acupuncture and Massage Therapy for Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的探讨与分析多向透刺针灸推拿综合疗法治疗肩周炎的临床价值。方法回顾分析2017年2月—2018年2月收治的肩周炎患者52例,26例对照组肩周炎患者采用常规治疗,26例观察组肩周炎患者采用多向透刺针灸推拿综合疗法治疗,比较两种方法各自的优越性。结果对照组治疗总有效率为73.08%;观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%;两组患者临床疗效对比,观察组更优(P <0.05);在随访30 d发现,对照组患者并发症发生率为19.23%;观察组并发症发生率为3.85%;两组患者并发症发生率对比,观察组低(P <0.05)。结论在肩周炎患者的临床治疗中,多向透刺针灸推拿综合疗法治疗不仅能有效的改善患者的临床治疗效果,还能有效的提升患者治疗有效率和降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of multidirectional acupuncture and massage in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods From February 2017 to February 2018, 52 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were analyzed. 26 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. 26 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by acupuncture combined with acupuncture and massage. The advantages of the two methods are compared. Results The total efective rate was 73.08% in the control group, 92.31% in the observation group and the observation group was better （P 〈 0.05）. After 30 days of follow-up, the incidence of complications was 19.23% in the control group, 3.85% in the observation group and the observation group was lower （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,multidirectional acupuncture and moxibustion and massage therapy can not only effectively improve the effect of the patients＇ clinical treatment, but also efectively improve the efective rate of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
