扶阳医学在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用研究进展

Research Progress of Fuyang Medicine in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)为本虚标实之症,阳气虚衰是其首要发病内因,肺脾肾三脏阳气虚衰是此病的根本,治病当求于本,当注重固护阳气。扶阳法以郑钦安治疗阳虚证为宗旨,采用"补阳补气"之法以恢复人体脏腑"阳气"。近年临床运用"扶阳法"方药、针灸等疗法干预COPD取得满意疗效。随着"扶阳法"与现代医学有机结合研究,更多学者开始探讨"扶阳法"治疗COPD的相关治疗机制,并取得了较多进展。本文就"扶阳法"治疗COPD的疗效及作用机制进行综述如下。
