老年性白内障患者围手术期的优质护理体会

Experience of Perioperative Quality Nursing Care for Senile Cataract Patients

目的探讨老年性白内障患者围手术期的优质护理体会。方法选取62例老年性白内障患者(收治于2016年1月—2017年8月)作为研究对象,观察两组患者的临床情况。结果两组患者实施护理后,试验组患者的实际住院天数、住院费用均显著低于对照组患者,且整体护理满意度则显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对此次研究的患者采用优质护理能够切实有效的帮助高龄老年性白内障患者手术后的康复,对患者满意度的显著提高以及减少住院费用和住院天数都有着非常积极的意义。

Objective To explore the experience of perioperative quality nursing care for senile cataract patients. Methods 62 patients with senile cataract （receiving from January 2016 to August 2017） were selected as the study subjects. The clinical contrast situation was analyzed. Results The actual hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group of patients were signifcantly lower than those of the control group, and the overall nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of quality care in this study of patients can effectively and effectively help postoperative rehabilitation of elderly senile cataract patients, and it has a very positive significance for the significant improvement of patient satisfaction and reduction of hospitalization costs and hospitalization days.
