临床护理路径在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的研究临床护理路径在维持性血液透析患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年10月—2017年10月收治的维持性血液透析患者120例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法的分组方式分为对照组和研究组,每组中的患者为60例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施临床护理路径,对两组并发症发生情况进行评比。结果研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组患者,组间通过统计处理,发现差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于维持性血液透析患者中可显著提高护理质量和生活质量,降低并发症发生率,增强患者认知能力,缩短康复时间。

Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing pathway in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 120 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random digital table method. The patients in each group were 60 cases, the control group implemented the routine nursing, the study group carried out the nursing path of the clinics, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups The complications of the two groups were evaluated. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway to the maintenance hemodialysis patients can signifcantly improve the quality of nursing and life, reduce the incidence of complications, enhance the cognitive ability of the patients, shorten the time of rehabilitation.
