分析综合护理干预对老年高血压患者的护理效果

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Patients With Hypertension

目的分析综合护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法研究对象从2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的老年高血压患者中抽取90例,将此90例患者运用临床随机分组的方式分为两组,即常规组与干预组,均为45例,其中常规组采用常规护理,干预组采用综合护理干预。待护理结束后,对比临床效果。结果干预组治疗依从性评分(12.43±2.17)分,满意度97.78%,均明显高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods The subjects were selected from March 2017 to March 2018 in 90 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital, The 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the conventional group and intervention group, all were 45 cases, including routine group with routine nursing care, intervention group adopts the comprehensive nursing intervention. After the end of nursing, the clinical effect was compared. Results The compliance score of the intervention group was （12.43 ± 2.17）, and the satisfaction rate was 97.78%. All were significantly higher than those in the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with hypertension.
