摘要
互联网租赁自行车自2016年诞生以来,对国内许多交通拥堵较严重城市带来出行方式新体验,但也带来市容环境和交通秩序方面的影响。文章以杭州市为例,剖析互联网租赁自行车发展内涵及发展基本条件,对互联网租赁自行车和公共自行车比较分析,并对互联网租赁自行车从发展定位、规模控制、规范管理等方面进行初步分析与思考,其中对规模控制提出一种基于城市道路人行道承载能力的方法探索,力求对各城市互联网租赁自行车发展提供借鉴。
Since the birth of Internet rental bicycles in 2016, it hasbroughtnew ways of travel experience to many cities with severe traffic congestion inChina, but also brought the impact of the city environment and traffic order. Inhangzhou city as an example, this paper analyzes the connotation and basic conditions of the development of Internet rental bicycles, compares and analyzes theInternet rental bicycles and public bicycles, and analyzes the development orientation and scale control of Internet rental bicycles. And one of scale controlis put forward based on the method of carrying capacity of urban road sidewalk to explore, to Internet rental bicycle development in cities.
