摘要
目前浙江省中高职贯通发展过程中,五年制转入模式存在"3+2"专业适切性较差,招生过程中未能兼顾教育机会均等,为储备生源而盲目扩招,毕业生就业质量低于三年制毕业生等问题。针对这一问题,教育主管部门应及时发布行业需求信息,建立专业适应社会需求能力第三方评估机制;扶持经济欠发达地区,兼顾教育公平和机会均等;规范招生管理;完善中高职衔接项目质量保障机制等。
Along with the development of connecting of secondary and higher vocational educa-tion (SHVE) in Zhejiang Province, the Five-year-Transfer mode shows some problems such that the “3+2” majors can t match the demand of economic development,equal opportunity to educa-tion can t be granted while recruiting, the enrollment expands blindly and the “3+2” majors gradu-ates have lower employability than the three-year ones. Therefore, the Education Department sho-uld release information of industry demand timely, establish a third-party assessment mechanim,support the underdeveloped areas to taking into account equality of education and equal opportu-nity, standardize enrollment management and improve the qualityassurance mechanism of SHVE program.
