摘要
情商是高职生成长和发展的必备条件,培养高职生的情商素质是高校的一项基本任务。本研究通过问卷调查和个案访谈,对高职生的情绪发展特点、存在的问题和情商训练需求进行了分析,有针对性地构建了高职生情商训练体系,并在此基础上开展了实践和反思。
Emotional intelligence is the essential requirement to grow up anddevelopment of vocational college students and the basis task for colleges to train.Through questionnaire survey and case interview, this research explore thecharacteristics and issues of emotional intelligence of vocational college students,try to establish the training system of emotional intelligence and put itinto practice.
