以交通运输行业文化育人为背景,构建了以工匠精神为内核的文化育人机制,推行专业教育与行业文化、职业技能培养与职业精神养成的融合,提出并实施文化育人的有效途径,建设开发行业文化育人资源,形成了基于文化育人培养技术技能人才工匠精神的体系。

Having transportational culture education as a background,the cultureeducation system whose core is the spirit of the craftsman is built up; professional education which is combined with professional culture and the training ofprofessional skills which are combined with professional sprit are implemented ;effectual way of culture education is proposed and carried out ;the source professional culture education is developed ;and finally, the training system of spirit of the craftsman of technical and skilled talents, which is based on cultureeducation is formed.
