医务社会工作中儿童临终关怀的理论与实践——以一位血液病患儿的临终关怀为例

Theory and Pracitice of Children＇s Hospice Care in Medical Soical Work --Case Study of a Child＇s Hospice Care who Saffered With Leukemia

临终关怀是医务社会工作的一个重要领域，而儿童临终关怀是国内医务社会工作刚刚涉足的一个全新的领域。本文以上海某医院一个血液肿瘤科儿童临终关怀个案为例，探讨了儿童临终关怀中案主的需求、社会工作者的角色、服务的策略、介入的技术以及评估方式，并就儿童临终关怀服务中资源的连接、专业技能的运用、专业角色的定位及专业伦理问题提出了对策与建议。

Hospice care is not only required, but also essential in the area of medical social work. As a whole new field in Chinese social work, pediatric palliative care has come into sights in recent years. This paper is a palliative case work with children suffered with leukemia. Using case study to discover the need, service supply model as well as the re source required during this process, the author s service model, professional role and ethical issues stressed in pediatric palliative care. Whist the findings, along with practicing introspection, the author propound a suggestion in following aspects as practice techniques, linked re sources, social work roles and ethics applying during practice.
