摘要
针对复合材料纤维缠绕成型问题,以工控机和可编程序多轴运动控制器为基础,设计了自动挂纱控制系统。对这一纤维缠绕自动挂纱控制系统的工作原理进行了分析,并对控制器、控制系统电路、运动过程、程序设计、运行测试等方面进行了介绍。设计这一系统可以对复合材料纤维缠绕的自动化起到促进作用。
Aiming at the issue of filament winding and forming of composite fiber, the automatic yarn=hanging control system was designed based on industrial computer and PMAC. The working principle of the automatic yarn-hanging control system via filament winding was analyzed, and the controller, control system circuit, motion process, program design and operation test were introduced. The designed system can facilitate the automation of filament winding of composite fiber.
