摘要
随着现代化工业水平的不断提高,机器人被广泛应用到工业生产中。介绍了注塑机生产线自动化改造方案,分析了机器人工作流程,设计了机器人控制系统。通过实践表明,将机器人应用于注塑机生产线,可以有效解决用工成本问题,提高生产效率。
In company with the continuous improvement of the modern industrial level, robots are widely used in industrial production. The automatic upgrading option of the injection molding machine production line was introduced, the robot workflow was analyzed, and the robot control system was designed. Through practice, it is indicated that the application of robots to the injection molding machine production line can effectively settle the labor cost issues and improve production efficiency.
