摘要
文章介绍了通过工业试验探索开轧温度、上冷床温度以及轧制速度对较大规格φ20~32mm热轧带肋钢筋金相组织和晶粒度的影响,保证了热轧带肋钢筋的金相组织和晶粒度符合生产技术规范。
In this paper, the effects of starting rolling temperature and upper cooling bed temperature and rolling speedon the metallurgical structure and grain size of large size φ20-32mm hot-rolled ribbed bars are investigated through industrialtests, so as to ensure that the metallurgical structure and grain size of the hot-rolled ribbed bars conform to theproduction technical specifications.
