八钢镀锌产品适应新标准的工艺优化

摘要 为满足标准换版后增加的对DC51D+Z镀锌板屈服强度的性能要求,对生产的DC51D+Z的数据进行了收集分析,结合市场主要用户的使用情况与特性要求选择了新的对应牌号S280GD+Z与S220GD+Z取代DC51D+Z,并对原DC51D+Z镀锌板的化学成分、连续退火和拉矫等工艺进行优化和改进以满足新牌号性能变化的需要。试制结果表明采用新工艺试制生产的镀锌板屈服强度力学性能稳定,钢卷表面质量优良,很好地满足了用户使用要求。 To meet the new edition standard that included the increase of yield strength of DC51D + Z galvanized sheet, theexisting DC51D + Z mechanical properties are collected and analyzed.Combined with market main usage and characteristicsrequirements of users choose the corresponding new brand S280GD + Z and S220GD + Z to replace DC51D+Z. The chemicalcomposition, continuous annealing and the pull proper process of the original DC51D + Z galvanized sheet are optimizedand improved to meet the needs of the new brand′s property.Test results show that the yield strength is stability and qualityof sheet surface is good.The products are good enough to meet the requirement of users.
