摘要
连铸大包液压长水口把持器在人员优化及操作安全可靠性等方面优越于人工挂配重保持随动功能的机械式长水口把持器。文章介绍了八钢150t方坯连铸大包机械长水口把持器改造为液压控制系统的设计,重点介绍了液压把持器随动功能的控制系统。
The hydraulic nozzle holder of continuous casting ladle is superior to mechanical nozzle holder in workforceoptimization and personnel operation safety and reliability. This paper introduces the design of the long nozzle holder of150t billet continuous casting ladle of Bayi steel to be transformed into a hydraulic control system, with emphasis on thefollowing function control system of the hydraulic holder.
