摘要 将炼钢转炉、高炉的除尘灰、瓦斯灰经高温灼烧,将其高温灼烧物充分混匀,利用助熔剂在高温下熔融成玻璃圆片,消除了物理效应,并降低化学效应的影响,从而实现X-射线荧光光谱法对瓦斯灰、除尘灰灰分中化学成分的测定。利用标样和控样绘制标准曲线,测定除尘灰、瓦斯灰中SiO_2、CaO、MgO、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、等常规成分。精密度、准确度令人满意。将方法用于测定生产样,各成分的X-荧光法测定结果与化学测定结果一致。 The dust and gas ash of converter and blast furnace are burned at high temperature, and the burnt substance isfully mixed. The physical effect is eliminated and the influence of chemical effect is reduced by melting into glass disc athigh temperature with flux. So as to realize the determination of chemical composition in gas ash and dust ash by X- rayspectrofluorimetry Standard curve was drawn by standard sample and control sample to determine the conventional componentsof SiO2, CaO, MgO, Al 2O 3, Fe 2O 3, etc. in dust and gas ash,the precision and accuracy are satisfactory. The methodhas been applied to the determination of production samples. The results of X-ray fluorescence determination of each componentare consistent with those of chemical determination.
