肺腺癌中SIX1和PCNA表达的相关性及临床意义

摘要 目的检测肺腺癌中同源异型基因SIX1(SIX1)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,关注其相关性。方法本实验以75例肺腺癌的临床资料及术后留取的石蜡标本作为观察组,以32例肺鳞癌留取的石蜡标本作为对照组1,以32例肺小细胞癌留取的石蜡标本作为对照组2,以32例肺结核手术治疗后切除的组织的石蜡标本作为对照组3。采用免疫组化法检测SIX1和PCNA的表达。结果观察组中SIX1和PCNA的表达明显高于对照组1、对照组2和对照组3(P <0. 05)。观察组中SIX1和PCNA的表达与病变类型和胸膜累犯密切相关(P <0. 05),SIX1的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期和远处转移相关(P <0. 05)。PCNA的表达与分化程度密切相关(P <0. 05)。SIX1和PCNA之间呈正相关(r=0. 61,P=0. 040,y=0. 61x+2. 87)。结论SIX1和PCNA在肺腺癌中高表达,在不同临床病理特征中的表达存在一定的差别。SIX1可能通过促进细胞增殖起作用。 Objective To detect the expression of SIX1 (Sine oculis homeobox, SIX1) and PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen, PCNA) in lung adenocarcinoma, and to analyze their relationship. Methods 75 cases with lung adenocarcinoma were collected as the observation group, 32 cases with squamous cell carcinoma as the control group 1, 32 cases with small cell carcinoma of lung as the control group 2, and 32 cases with normal lung tuberculosis as the control group 3. The expression of SIX1 and PCNA were detected in the four groups by IHC. Results The expression of SIX1 and PCNA were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group 1, the control group 2 and the control group 3 ( P〈 0.05). The expression of SIX1 and PCNA were related to types and pleural infiltration ( P〈 0.05). The expression of SIX1 was related to lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and distant metastasis ( P〈 0.05). The expression of PCNA was related to differentiation ( P〈 0.05). There was positive relationship in the observation group ( r =0.61, P =0.040, y=0.61x+2.87). Conclusion The high expression of SIX1 and PCNA exists in lung adenocarcinoma. and SIX1 can promote proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma.
