推进“校企政行”合作服务区域经济发展的研究--以南京工业职业技术学院人才培养为例

Promoting Cooperation among School, Enterprise, Government and Industry Associations to Serve the Economic Development——A Case Study of Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology

本文从江苏和长三角区域经济发展形势出发,基于区域经济发展对高职人才培养的新要求,分析了高职院校校企产学研合作模式和现状,最后总结了南工院推进"校企政行"合作的实践经验,为提升学校人才培养质量和服务长三角经济发展提供借鉴。

Based on the development situations of regional economy in Jiangsu and the Yangtze River Delta and the new requirements of regional economic development for higher vocational talent training, this paper analyzes the mode and status quo of industry-school-research cooperation in higher vocational colleges, and finally summarizes NIIT’s practices and experiences in promoting school-enterprise-government-industry cooperation, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of college talent training and serving the regional economic development of the Yangtze River Delta.
