现代学徒制视野下人才培养方式的探索与实践——以南京工业职业技术学院为例

Practice and Exploration of Mechatronics Engineering Talent Training Mode——Taking Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology as an Example

在南京工业职业技术学院机电专业现代学徒制试点工作的基础上,进行了人才培养方式改革的探索和实践。通过科学设置课程,优化知识技能学习过程,使课程的设置与经济产业发展联动,培养国民经济转型升级急需的高技术技能应用型人才。

On the basis of the pilot project of modern apprenticeship in Mechatronics Engineering Major of Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology, the exploration and practice of the reform of talent training mode was carried out. Through the scientific setting of the courses, the learning processes of the knowledge and skills are optimized, which closely links the curriculum setting to industry development, to foster talents with high-tech skills urgently needed for the transformation and upgrading of the national economy.
