摘要
以南京工业职业技术学院为案例,通过实证研究的方法,从思想素质、专业素质、心理素质和能力素质几个方面,深入探析了海外校际交流项目对于提升高职学生综合素质的作用,指出了高职学生综合素质提升对于学生个人成长的作用。
This paper, taking Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology as a case, uses an empirical method to explore the effects of overseas exchange programs on improving the comprehensive qualities of higher vocational college students, including ideological quality, professional quality, mental health and capability quality. This paper also examines the effects of higher vocational college students’ comprehensive qualities development on their personal development.
