摘要 教学质量是办学之本,教学和教学管理机构的科学、合理设置是推进教学工作水平提升的重要因素。从南京工业职业技术学院教学和教学管理机构演变,回眸高职教育20年发展历程,探讨了高职院校的教学和教学管理,为高职教学和教学管理工作提供借鉴。 Teaching quality is the foundation of a school, and the scientific and reasonable setting of teaching and teaching management bodies is an important factor of promoting teaching work. From the evolution of teaching and teaching management bodies of the Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology, this paper reviews the development history of higher vocational education for past 20 years, and discusses teaching and teaching management of higher vocational colleges, providing references for the teaching and teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
